Do you write the essays for the students?

No. We take your student’s writing, and through editing, listening, and guiding, together we bring out their best possible work. Their voice, their ideas, and their experiences. Your student will be an improved writer after this process too, carrying that with them to college and beyond.

 

Can you promise my student admission to their top school choices?

No. But, putting extra time and effort into writing college essays greatly enhances the student’s application. When competing with other students who have similar academic success, essays are a powerful tool in the quest to standout.

How often do you meet with students during this process?

There’s no set number of meetings. We work together on the essays until we are both confident that each essay is their best work.

 

Will students always meet with you or do you use assistants?

Students work with either Elise or Kara. And then they work with the student throughout the whole writing process.
